Dear guests,
We would like to welcome you to our apartments Mila’s Place and inform you in short with our house rules.
During stay:
- During your stay please preserve our environment and be rational in water and electricity use.
- Do not put anything on the street.
- Garbage should be wrapped in bags and left in the house!
In case it accumulates a lot – contact me and I will pick up during your stay. - It is forbidden to have parties and make noise after 22.00.
- In case something is broken, please contact me, to avoid inconvenience.
- We don’t have Air conditioning in your rooms but heater.
- Electricity is 220 V.
- If your keys are lost, there will be a charge.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments (you can smoke on the terrace or in the common areas).
- Small-sized pets are accepted under our authorization at the moment of the booking.
- Please switch off lights, TV, and other devices when you are outside of the apartment. It is forbidden to bring and use portable and electric heaters, gas cooker and similar devices, as they may damage the premises, people and things.
- For reasons of Public security, it is forbidden to allow access to anyone other than guests inside the Bed and Breakfast at any time.
Check in:
Salm – Salm street:
The guest receives a code from the front door and from the key box from apartment self in one hour before departure. The key hangs there in an hour before arrival. The small box with keys is next to the apartment door, on a left side.
Upon departure, leave the keys please on the table or in the small box where you took it when you made check in.
The guest makes a self check-in.
Klapdorp street:
The guest calls the intercom (on which “Mila” is written) and we open the doors to you. On the 3d floor where the apartment situated near the doorway you will find the small box with keys. You will receive the code from the box in an hour before arrival.
Upon departure, leave the keys please on the table or in the small box where you took it when you made check in.
- Tere is narrow stairway without lift and apartment situated on a 3d floor.
IMPORTANT: Both apartments don’t have lift.
